• Lead a team of Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technicians and Engineers to ensure machines and facilities systems are running efficiently to support 24/7 operations.
• Conduct regular and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and reduce downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related field
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in AutoCAD and other engineering tools, an advantage
