**Key Responsibilities**

**Engineering & Technical Work**


+ Design and develop scalable, high-quality iOS applications.
+ Write, review, and architect code using modern engineering practices.
+ Stay updated with new technologies and apply them appropriately.
+ Help reduce technical debt and improve system health.


**Leadership & Collaboration**


+ Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
+ Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
+ Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Take end-to-end ownership of services (“build and operate” mindset).


**Operations**


+ Participate in **on-call rotations** and handle incidents.
+ Maintain and update systems and improve reliability.
