Senior Engineer - Metrology

**What you will do:**

+ Develop, validate, and maintain CMM inspection programs using PolyWorks (Inspector / PMM / Modeler) for new and existing components.
+ Execute offline and online CMM programming to support NPI, process transfers, and sustain production.
+ Design and implement PolyWorks Dataloop integrations to enable SPC, trend analysis, feedback loops, and enterprise quality systems.
+ Configure inspection of data outputs for real-time analytics, dashboards, and quality monitoring platforms.
+ Develop and maintain PolyWorks macros and automation scripts to standardize measurement routines, reporting, and program execution.
+ Drive inspection automation and template-based programming to improve efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.
+ Perform dimensional inspections, analyze results, and ensure conformance to drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
