Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor project schedules and site progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Prepare and compile all supporting documents for Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.

Supervise project teams in executing scheduled preventive maintenance and NRW works.

Ensure projects meet performance targets in time, cost, quality, and safety.

Assist in the preparation and submission of progress claims and follow up on certification.

Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements.

Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to clients and management.

Rectify outstanding works and manage defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with clients, authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
