Senior Engineer - Pedestrian Modelling

Responsibilities

+ Develop, calibrate, and maintain advanced passenger behaviour simulation models across multiple transportation modes, including rail, bus, air, and urban mobility systems.
+ Apply both static and dynamic modelling techniques, integrating data-driven insights such as demographics, user preferences, and crowd dynamics to improve accuracy and realism.
+ Validate, test, and document simulation models to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as data scientists, software developers, and project managers—to integrate models into products and project deliverables.
+ Prepare clear technical reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate modelling results and insights to clients and stakeholders.
