Senior Engineer - Power Electronics Data Center

**What you’ll do:**

Eaton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer – Power Electronics (Sytem requirements, Design, Testing & Validation) to support design, development, and lead validation activities for data center power electronics systems, including AC‑DC and DC‑DC converters. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of test strategy development, contribution to product design and development, high‑power test setup design, and execution across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
The candidate will be responsible for translating product, customer, and regulatory requirements into robust design inputs and validation plans, ensuring accurate testing, data analysis, and compliance with global standards such as CE, UL, and IEC. The role requires strong expertise in power electronics design fundamentals, test equipment selection, safe lab practices, and defining operating limits for high‑power systems used in data center applications.
