Senior Engineer (Reliability)

Coordinate with respective engineers and conduct root cause analysis meetings, propose appropriate preventive and corrective actions where required, as well as, review existing PM based on equipment performance monitoring observations to achieve optimized maintenance that result in increased reliability and availability. Your role: 1. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of process plant forced outages and near misses Review and make improvements on analysis of circumstances in accordance with established root cause analysis Conduct, review and evaluate root cause findings and propose solutions Provide support to all reliability processes and engineering programs and monitor all Plant issues
2. Condition Monitoring (CM) Coach and ensure safe and proper techniques to monitor equipment well-being Recommend and provide cost justification for the preventive and corrective actions that would improve the quality and speed of plant maintenance work
