Senior Engineer - Roads Drainage UK

Responsibilities

+ You will be working and supporting a range of highways schemes associated with highway drainage elements
+ You will be responsible for producing drainage engineering designs / modelling and construction drawings independently for various UK schemes using the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and other relevant standards.
+ You will be expected to play a proactive part in the design process and to be active on several projects at any given time.
+ The position will also involve internal client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, recruitments, and financial control of projects when acting as a package manager.
+ You will coordinate inputs and outputs with other disciplines to produce an integrated design.
+ You will guide and mentor junior team members to broaden and deepen their understanding of a subject to suit with the client requirements.
