What You'll Do

Customer Relations & Technical Support
• Assist Daikin Australia in preparing tender quotations, including airside equipment selection and cost estimation.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers to build a strong, high-quality pipeline with Daikin-specified products.
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with Daikin Australia to boost pipeline conversion success.
• Provide fast, reliable support to consultants — ensuring every customer walks away satisfied.
• Work closely with our factory teams to select the best-fit products for each project.
• Handle technical and general inquiries (stock, pricing, documentation, etc.) with confidence and accuracy.
