This role focuses on structural engineering for existing buildings, including advanced analysis, on-site condition assessments, and the design of repairs and strengthening works. You will work on typically smaller, specialist projects, allowing close collaboration with senior engineers and opportunities to take on client management and project management responsibilities.

The Opportunity

·Assess existing buildings and infrastructure to inform refurbishment, repair, and strengthening strategies

·Select and apply appropriate analysis methods, from hand calculations to detailed numerical and finite element models

·Undertake structural analysis and design to solve complex engineering problems in existing buildings
