Job Description
The Senior Equipment Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for the engineering ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement of Test Development Operations equipment supporting new product introduction. This role provides technical leadership in equipment qualification, line sustaining, productivity improvement, and cost optimization while mentoring engineers and technicians and partnering closely with Manufacturing, Process, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as equipment owner for assigned manufacturing tools, ensuring availability, reliability, safety, and performance.
Lead line‑sustaining activities including troubleshooting, containment, and permanent corrective actions for chronic and high‑impact equipment issues.
