About the Role

As a Senior Test Engineer in our Product Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost‑effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout all phases of product development and manufacturing. With minimal guidance, you will lead the preparation of test and diagnostic programs, design advanced test fixtures and equipment, and develop comprehensive specifications and procedures for new products. You will independently plan labor, schedules, and equipment requirements for testing and evaluating both standard and specialized devices, while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement in test methodologies.
