Senior Engineering Lead (Project Sparkol)

About the role
Our full-stack engineer owns the user-facing stack — dashboard, chat UI, WhatsApp execution. You own the engine room — data pipelines, matcher, infrastructure, APIs, AI integrations, background jobs.
You inherit a working but freshly-orphaned codebase: 19-stage scraping and enrichment pipeline, Supabase Postgres backend, Apify-based data collection, Gemini and Claude integrations, 28 schema migrations applied in the last week. Your first job is to absorb it, harden it, and make it scale through beta. Your second job is to build alongside your engineering peer — design the matcher service, the brand-side API, the cost tracking, the feedback flywheel.
You will use Claude Code, Cursor, or whatever AI tooling makes you faster. We expect senior judgment paired with AI-augmented execution speed. You will not be evaluated on lines of code written.
