Reporting to the CEO, you will be at the forefront of managing engineering projects. In this role, you’ll lead a team of engineers, ensuring that structural designs adhere to regulations while also being cost-effective. Your mentorship will guide Engineers and EITs, ensuring they flourish in their roles within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and prioritize the Engineering Department’s projects
• Provide mentorship and direct technical guidance to team members
• Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with codes
• Coordinate with teams for effective project delivery
• Engage in design-build projects to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least 10 years in steel structure projects
