About The Role

This leader is responsible for leading engineering, maintenance, and technical support functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant assets. The Senior Engineering Manager drives asset reliability, capital execution, and continuous improvement while supporting production, safety, quality and cost objectives. The role partners closely with Operations, Safety, Finance and Corporate Engineering to deliver sustainable results aligned with McCain standards and priorities.
