The Role

This is a High-Stakes Leadership role. We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and aggressive client delivery. You will own the end-to-end execution of complex digital products, leading cross-functional teams while maintaining the technical depth to make, review, and override decisions — not just facilitate them.

This is not a coordination or people-only role. You are the ultimate person responsible for the technical health, the delivery timeline, and the client’s trust.
