Manage engineering teams in execution projects and across large studies (PFS, FS etc.) with a project delivery focus. Key role in the mentoring and development of staff and ongoing improvement and maintenance of engineering systems and procedures. Support recruitment with appropriate range of skills and expertise to meet job demands and service client needs.
