Job Description

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Lima, Peru. You will own the post-sales relationship, driving adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction across a portfolio of enterprise clients in Spanish-speaking regions. 
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success, speak fluent Spanish and English, and possess strong technical acumen. You will build customer success plans and lead business reviews to optimize the customer experience.
