Fletcher Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Advisor to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).About the RoleAs a Senior Environmental Advisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring our project meets all environmental and statutory requirements. You’ll provide senior‑level guidance to the project team, influence environmental decision‑making, and help uplift capability across the Alliance.

Provide expert advice to construction teams, supervisors, subcontractors and specialists to champion best‑practice environmental performance.

Lead environmental inspections, audits and site walks across varied site conditions and multiple work fronts.

Oversee environmental monitoring programmes (noise, vibration, water quality, dust), which may include occasional evening, night or weekend monitoring.
