About the Role
JDS Energy & Mining is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Environmental Manager to lead environmental management and compliance activities for a major mining project located in the interior of British Columbia. This is a camp-based, fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) position operating on a rotational schedule, with full camp accommodations provided while on site. The Senior Environmental Manager will provide leadership and oversight of all environmental programs, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting effective project execution. This role is critical in bridging regulatory commitments, environmental design, and field implementation, while building strong relationships with regulators, Indigenous groups, and project stakeholders.
