Senior Environmental Scientist – Auckland or Hamilton – Contaminated Land

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Scientist to join our Contaminated Land Management team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality consultancy services across a range of complex and impactful projects, while helping to grow our capability and strengthen client relationships locally and nationally.

About you:

• Around 8–10+ years’ experience in contaminated land management or a related discipline
• Strong technical capability across site investigations, remediation, and contaminated land assessment
• Proven experience managing projects, including scope, financials, timelines, and client outcomes
• A collaborative, client‑focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science, or similar)
