**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Epitaxy, Optics, Sensors, Photonics), or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience with metrology techniques in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
+ Experience with data analysis and statistical methods, such as statistical process control (SPC).
+ Experience with various metrology tools and techniques, such as PL Spectroscopy, X-Ray Diffraction, Flourescence Spectroscopy, Microscopy, Laser/White Light Interferometry.
