Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent potential failures
• Support quality issue resolution and ensure product compliance
• Manage spare parts planning and breakdown response
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment performance
• Coach and guide production technicians on maintenance skills
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Technical Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Equipment maintenance experience:
• 3+ years (Technical / Vocational graduates)
• 1–2 years (Diploma holders)
• 0–2 years (Degree holders, fresh graduates welcome)
