Employment Details

• Hybrid Setup – Makati
• Contract-based (1 Year) - for regularization after the contract
• PHP 170,000 – 330,000

(depending on skills & experience)

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on build-out and structural design of ERP and CRM systems.
• Turning functional needs into clean, scalable system logic.
• Taking the wheel on projects specifically within
  NetSuite
  or
  HubSpot
  .
• Building out automated workflows, custom API integrations, and advanced reporting.
• Digging into bugs to fix them and suggesting industry-standard architecture.
• Working directly with devs and users to ensure the tech meets the mission.
• Tech Mentorship:
  Providing high-level technical direction or management based on seniority.
