7 - 8 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide a comprehensive property and estates management service to the Council, delivering professional advice on acquisitions, disposals, valuations, asset management, regeneration projects, and property strategy. The postholder will support the effective management of the Councils property portfolio, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and contribute to the Authoritys corporate and service objectives.
