Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will prepare detailed cost estimates using estimating software of the full project scope including labour, equipment, raw materials, purchased equipment and subcontractors. Tender closings are to meet all submission deadlines.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You'll Do

• Accurately interpret and comprehend tender drawings and specifications for all projects up to $1 Billion.
• Present all aspects of the project scope, staging, timing, constraints, risks, and potential cost‑saving opportunities and alternatives to internal staff.
• Able to successfully and independently lead a Design‑Build project through the tender stage, including involvement in team meetings.
• Ability to chair meetings and set project goals.
