Senior Estimator (Commercial Glazing)

Position Summary The Senior Estimator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of estimates and tenders for commercial glazing and related scopes of work.

This role provides leadership within the estimating team, acts as a key point of contact for clients during the tender phase, and supports Operations through pricing of changes, extras, and credits.

The Senior Estimator plays a critical role in securing profitable work and ensuring smooth project transitions from estimating to execution.

Key Responsibilities Estimating & Tendering Attend pre-tender site meetings and review tender documentation to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.

Prepare detailed material take-offs and labour estimates for assigned projects.

Solicit, analyze, and level supplier and subcontractor pricing.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, bids, and tenders.
