Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Estimator to focus on estimating costs for open pit mining and tailing dam projects. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years of experience in estimating, with a solid education in Civil Engineering. You'll be integral in creating accurate work plans, preparing bids, and ensuring all project specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate costs for heavy civil and mining contracts
• Review contract specifications and drawings at bidding
• Lead quantity take-offs from design documents
• Prepare and distribute RFQs to potential subcontractors

Requirements:
