We are seeking a Senior Estimator with strong experience in low voltage systems to lead estimating efforts from plan review through final proposal. This role requires deep knowledge of system design, scope evaluation, and cost accuracy across complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead the review of construction drawings and specifications for low voltage systems including fire alarm, security, access control, cameras, intercom, data, and related systems.
Mark up plans and manage uploads using online estimating platforms
- Define full project scope including equipment, labor, and materials
Prepare detailed and highly accurate estimates for mid to large scale projects.
- Validate system design, device placement, and scope by comparing against historical projects and industry standards.
