Senior Estimator

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + Bonus + RRSP

Our client, a reputable ICI general contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimator who understands full-cycle tendering, trade pricing, budgeting, and pre-construction strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades.
