Senior Estimator

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong Australian market knowledge and proven expertise in CostX software. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing full tender submissions for commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and full tender submissions for commercial construction projects
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using CostX software.
• Interpret architectural drawings, engineering documentation, and specifications.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Liaise directly with subcontractors and suppliers via phone and email to clarify scope, negotiate pricing, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct scope reviews and identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare tender clarifications, inclusions/exclusions, and cost breakdowns.
