Senior Estimator

Our client is presently recruiting a Senior Estimator responsible for estimating open pit mines, tailing dams and heavy civil contracts.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for estimating heavy civil, tailing dams and open pit mining projects.

Review of contract drawings, specifications, and quotes at the bidding stage.

Provide generally non‑routine estimating guidance for projects.

Prepare detailed labour‑force work plans for estimating activities.

Establish site‑specific estimating criteria including wage and person‑hour productivity rates.

Collaborate with other estimators for the development of cost estimates and construction schedules.
