Senior Estimator

DCS Recruitment currently seek a Senior Estimator (External Works & Hard Landscaping) to join their client’s team.

You will:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Lead and mentor junior estimators, supporting their development and improving overall team performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities within tenders.
• Introduce new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and business performance.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within external works and hard landscaping.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills
