POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing modern workplace technologies that enable seamless, secure, and efficient end-user productivity. This role manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems, videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Share Point. They ensure EUC and collaboration services are aligned with global standards, scalable, secure, and optimized for business needs, while also serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
