Senior Event Executive

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling logistics, and ensuring events run smoothly from preparation to on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of corporate, brand, and experiential events from preparation to on-ground delivery.
• Prepare and manage event timelines, run sheets, checklists, and logistics plans.
• Coordinate event materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring readiness for event days.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues, including follow-ups on quotations, confirmations, and deliverables.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
