We are looking for a capable and organized Senior Event Executive to support project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate event & activation projects from planning to completion
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams
• Coordinate timelines, logistics, manpower, and production requirements
• Oversee preparation, setup arrangements, and project flow
• Monitor budgets and cost control
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
