Senior Events Marketing Communications Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Key objective is to plan, organize and execute high quality events while managing budgets, cross functional teams and logistics to ensure the events meet organizational goals and deliver a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders.

The job also entails the communications and activation support for the events in order to ensure consistent, timely and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Communications and Events Project Briefs

·Initiates discussion with stakeholders for alignment and full under-standing of requirements

·Once aligned, schedules external agency briefing and/or internal creative content team (where relevant)

Development of events & communications requirements
