Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our Microsoft Exchange, M365, and Cloud Infrastructure capabilities. This role will be responsible for managing hybrid Exchange environments, driving cloud integrations, and supporting large-scale migrations while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across systems. 
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of hands‑on engineering expertise and architectural exposure, particularly in enterprise‑grade messaging and cloud environments. 
Core Responsibilities Manage and maintain Exchange Server (on-premises and Exchange Online)  environments ensuring reliability and uptime 
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services , including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP) 
Lead and execute Exchange migrations, upgrades, and hybrid deployments  with minimal disruption
