SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ADMIN (1-YEAR CONTRACT) - CET ACADEMY

(What the role is)
This is a 1-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the CET Academy.
As a Senior Executive, you will support individuals and companies sponsoring their employees on their lifelong learning, upgrading and upskilling journey with Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s CET Academy.
(What you will be working on)
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate with learners, course leaders, their employers, and relevant stakeholders to support the successful launch and completion of courses.
• Assist in promoting courses through various platforms and participation in events.
• Handle enquiries and feedback related to courses and funding from learners.
• Manage course applications, enrolments, billing processes, and related correspondence.
• Prepare and submit funding claims for learners and oversee the administration of financial assistance schemes.
