Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Environmental Services

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible to assess, evaluate, implement, and monitor Environmental Services related services and programs to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, the public and staff. He/She will manage Environmental Services outsourced services, perform all aspects of Environmental Services operations, and provide a safe & clean environment to patient, public and staff.

Your job roles will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Attending to internal and external stakeholders’ feedback or requests.
• Monitor and ensure planned maintenance program are carried out by the vendor.
• Conduct joint inspections and walkabout with vendor to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform audit checks to ensure reasonable assurance that services are satisfactorily carried out as well to ensure compliance to infection control standards.
