Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, NCIS (HSCT & CT Program)

Primary Responsibilities (80%)

Manage the operations and systems, review and improve HSCT & CT Program functional units, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage the Cell, Tissue and Gene Therapy Product (CTGTP) related matters (eg. Quarterly MOH Utilization CTGTP submission, queries from MOH, ensuring smooth implementation of CTGTP 2Ms (Medisave and MediShield) claims, ensuring CTGTP drug is correctly charged and billed).

Review current processes and propose new initiatives and innovations to improve services and eliminate waste, including the use of AI where appropriate.

To assist with paper writing for high value procurement projects within the program.

Establish new clinical services for HSCT & CT. Establish SOPs and workflows for new clinical services or updating for any operational changes.

Ensure timely review of service/lease/license contract terms and conditions and cost of services/contracts. Facilitate agreement ...
