Job Description
You will manage and provide appropriate responses to feedback received by the Hospital in a timely manner. As a Hospital ambassador, you will converse confidently with a caring attitude to patients and their family members as well as members of the public who may be in a high emotional state. You will also provide support in all aspects of patient experience to promote and define Sengkang General Hospital as a service leader in the healthcare industry. You may also be required to partake in adhoc projects such as service improvement or hospital-wide civil emergency exercises.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 3 years’ working experience
- Confident and passionate in service quality and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
