Opalbuys is seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right-hand to our leadership. We are a lean, high-impact team , which means there is no room for just a scheduler. We need a force multiplier who thrives in a small-team environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
This role is for a technical operator —someone who doesn't just use tools, but builds them. You should have a deep curiosity for AI and emerging technology , using it to automate workflows and develop custom AI-driven solutions that keep our lean team punchy and efficient. If you shy away from new tech, this isn't the seat for you. We need an operator who can build, break, and optimize systems in real-time....
