Job Description
Step into a Senior Executive Assistant role where you support the CEO directly. Coordinate schedules, manage communications, and assist with Board documentation in a dynamic setting.
This role calls for 3–5+ years of experience in executive support, preferably in a non-profit or community organization. You will take charge of the CEO’s calendar, prepare essential documents, and communicate with a range of stakeholders. Additionally, you will support governance activities and participate in organizational events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel bookings
• Prepare minutes and governance documents for Board meetings
• Track action items to ensure timely follow-up
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications effectively
• Maintain orderly filing of confidential materials
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience with senior-level executives
• Strong background in Business Administration or related fields preferred
