Conservancy Operations & Vendor Administration
 Monitor and track vendors’ daily operational submissions (work schedules, checklists, service reports).  
 Review and verify vendors’ monthly performance reports against contractual requirements.  
 Conduct regular and ad-hoc site walkabouts and document observations for Manager’s review.  
 Follow up with vendors on rectification of service lapses and non-compliances.  
 Check supporting evidence for completed works and identify any non-performance or discrepancies.  
 Prepare service lapse and deduction summaries for Manager’s endorsement.  
 Maintain proper records of completed maintenance and conservancy activities.
