Job
Responsibilities:

1. Proactively
   carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare
   report and recommendations for rectification or
   improvement.
2. Overseeing the work of external
   service providers, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, to
   ensure high-quality standards are met.
3. To
   source contractors, vendors to facilities maintenance and
   operations of the building facility.
4. Manage
   day-to-day management and maintenance operations of the common
   property and facilities in accordance to house rules, relevant by
   laws, and statutory.
5. Preparing and managing the
   building's operational budget, including monitoring expenditures
   and identifying cost-saving
   opportunities.
6. Implementing and enforcing
   building policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a
   safe and comfortable environment for all
   occupants.
