Senior Executive, Business Development

Job Descriptions
Identify, propose, and secure new potential locations/sites across Malaysia for store expansion.
Conduct end-to-end negotiations with developers, landlords, and property agents to finalize tenancy agreements.
Plan and carry out site visits to evaluate potential locations, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Projects, Operations, etc.) on administration, store fit-out, and preparation of legal documents.
Monitor and ensure department KPIs are achieved (e.g., number of store openings, store sales performance).
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with landlords, property agents, and developers.
Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations to management on potential site evaluations and project progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
