CRM maintenances maker and checker
Unfreeze Account/Freeze Account
Attending query emails
EPF submission
Checking all RPA processes: eSRF/Deceased Tagging/CEC/SI maintenance/Duplicate email
IBL process/Bankruptcy tagging/un-tagging
Standing Instruction Maintenance maker & checker
BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing
Yearly UMA reporting submission
CPC manual reviews/updates
KEY RESPONSIBIITIES
Ensure the CRM maintenance is within the TAT
Ensure the accuracy of updating/maintaining the customer's information
Ensure the CRM maintenance is checked and proper storage for ease retrieval
Ensure all the CRM SRF/documents are properly filed and stored in CROWN box before sending it to CROWN
Response to branches' enquiries ensuring all are resolved timely and accurately
