Senior Executive Change Management

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
• Min 5-10 years working exp
• IT certifications (ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, CISA) are an added advantage.
• 2–3 years’ experience in IT Change Management or IT Service Management, preferably in MNCs or financial institutions .

Job Responsibilities

• Manage IT change processes in line with ITIL best practices .
• Perform change impact, risk, and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth change implementation.
• Use change management tools and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL , change management, and ITSM processes.
• Good understanding of banking systems, SDLC, Agile, and enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, Wintel, Unix, storage).
