Senior Executive (Clinical Operations & Healthcare IT Systems)

This role combines clinical operations, administrative management, and healthcare IT/informatics support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of allied health departments. The incumbent will work closely with department leads to enhance operational efficiency while driving system optimisation and digital initiatives.

Healthcare IT & Informatics Systems

• Administer, monitor, and enhance IT systems supporting clinical operations (e.g. EMR/Epic and related systems)
• Handle system change requests, perform configuration/build changes, and troubleshoot issues
• Support system integrations (internal/external), ensuring data integrity, security, and seamless workflows
• Drive system upgrades, automation, and digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
